Arizona Biltmore, a Waldorf Astoria Resort

Earlier this month, I enjoyed a birthday getaway to the beautiful Arizona Biltmore, A Waldorf Astoria Resort. It was a fun full circle moment as it was the first hotel I ever did a site visit of many years ago. Located in Phoenix, just 15 minutes north of the airport the beautiful resorts sits on 39 acres of gardens, swimming pools, and iconic architecture.

Opened in 1929, the Arizona Biltmore still shines as one of the world’s most recognized resorts for its Frank Lloyd Wright architectural style. It also provides celebrities like Marilyn Monroe, Elton John, Frank Sinatra, and many American presidents a hideaway for a quick getaway.

Arizona Biltmore features over 700 rooms, suites and residences starting at 500 sqft. The decor features neutral palettes of cream, blue, and white to bring the desert oasis inside.

For more casual ambiance, enjoy al fresco dining – McArthur. Additionally, a delicious café offers a selection of handmade pastries, ice cream and coffees for a quick pick-me-up – Cup & Cone.
